1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (User), and Hsans (we) concerning your access to and use of the hsans.site/ website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Hsans operates as an independent job aggregation and posting platform. We provide listings of job vacancies primarily located in Pakistan and the Gulf Countries.

  • Job Listing Accuracy: We strive to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of job postings. However, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy, reliability, validity, or completeness of any job information listed.
  • External Links: Job posts often contain links to external third-party websites (e.g., the employer’s official career page or an external application portal). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites.

3. User Obligations and Conduct

As a user of the Site, you agree not to:

  • Misuse the Site: Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
  • Tampering: Attempt to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Site.
